Costume Maker
I am a freelance costume maker, based in London. I am passionate about making costumes for ballet, and I specialise in tutu making.
Since making my first tutu in 2021, I haven’t stopped learning. I have explored various tutu styles, with both stretch and non-stretch materials and a range of decorative techniques. I draft and fit my patterns with precision. I bring my knowledge of functionality and durability to my construction and design, gained through making for professional ballet companies, working in costume performance and being a keen amateur dancer myself.
